Collective Bargaining Agreements

Staff at NapaSan are represented by three bargaining units: Teamsters Local 315 Rank & File and Supervisory Units, and the Association of Management and Professionals. Labor agreements between NapaSan and the unions are negotiated every five years. These are the labor agreements currently in effect:
